WHITE MARSH INDOOR PICKLEBALL 2021

Due to the overwhelming success of the fall 2020 White Marsh Indoor Pickleball Program, I will be hosting more of these Programs in the near future.
I plan on having two (2), one and one half hour ( 1.5) session, on the same day. The number of participants will be based on the Baltimore County Executives mandates.
Many players have asked for a program geared towards the more serious competitive recreational player. who can play as a team and win or loose the game at the net.
I hope to have 3 to 5 days per week of 3 hours each day, broken down into two (2) one and a half (1.5) hour sessions. There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $15 per person for the season.
The objective of this program is to provide a venue for players who are serious about improving their game and skill sets. There will be no formal coaching. Playing with and against equally skilled or more skilled players, you will also improve your game.
I will be on hand to resolve any rule disputes or provide coaching tips for anyone who requests help, without consuming any court time.
There will be three (3) courts and three (3) separate games going on at all times.
Players will be expected to know and follow the rules and especially the new rule changes. Bullying or disrespecting other players will not be permitted.
If the players agree, this Program could be organized similar to a ladder league.
Adult participants (21 and over) will be selected on the basis of their skill sets, style of play, and etiquette. Interested persons can contact the Admin of this group.
Any and all Health Related Protocols required by the Baltimore County Executive will be strictly adhered to.

DOUBLES PICKLEBALL TEAM LADDER LEAGUES TEMPLATES The USAPA webpage under Tournaments has software templates for most any kind of tournament imaginable.  USAPA members can obtain the software free, and register their ladder league in the same process. If 4 players can rotate in three game in one two hour period, logically 8 players or 4 teams can do the same.  I have never run a ladder league.  But I can work with templates and add or subtract to accomplish my objective. Recreational/competitive Pickleball is team related. recreational/competitive ladder leagues can and should be team related. By team related you pick your partner before the LL starts and you play with that same partner until the end of the LL.  Scores can be aggregate and represent one team.  Rotation of play will require more scheduling woos but its not rocket science.  The All Ladies Summer LL I was planned back in Summer 2019, was permanent partners, comprising 16 teams

‎SO YOU WANT TO TEACH PICKLEBALL TO NEW PLAYERS OR YOU HAVE DESIGNS ON BECOMING A PICKLEBALL COACH . . ;. READ THIS FIRST! For those players who are interested in becoming a IPATPA Certified Pickleball Level I Instructor you can do so just by attending one of the IPTPA Teach The Teacher Workshops.  You can find the schedule, dates, time and locations for these Workshops on IPTPA.com. The Level I IPTPA Certification is for teaching Beginners Classes only as a volunteer instructor.  This is a great pathway to becoming a IPTPA Certified Level II Professional Pickleball Coach, with Liability Insurance, to teach beginners and coach experienced players up to and including the 4.0 level.  This Certification also affords you the opportunity to charge a fee for any of your services.  In Maryland there are only 5 IPATP Level II Professional Pickleball Coaches in Maryland.  Level II Professional Pickleball Coaching Certification is structured as a college level learning cour
