CUSTOMER WANTS THIS DEFECTIVE NB 806 SHOE COMPLAINT (ID #844204), AND ALL RELATED CUSTOMER CARE COMMUNICATIONS TO BE FORWARDED  TO THE OFFICES OF NB EXECUTIVES HEREIN NAMED FOR IMMEDIATE REVIEW AND RESOLUTION:

3/19/2018 THIRD REQUEST FOR FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO NB EXECUTIVE OFFICERS LISTED BELOW

I have specifically directed my "CUSTOMER COMPLAINT (ID #844204) TO NB EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP NAMED HEREIN FOR RESOLUTION OF THIS MATTER.  After three (3) separate attempts, NB Customer Support has failed to resolve this complaint in a fair, reasonable and just manner.

As explained repeatedly in previous emails, the severity of this defect is clearly the RESPONSIBILITY OF NEW BALANCE, their SHOE ASSEMBLY AND / OR INFERIOR MATERIALS USED TO CONSTRUCT THESE SHOES.  APPARENTLY THIS DEFECTIVE SHOE PASSED THE NEW BALANCE ASSEMBLY FINAL INSPECTION PROCESS.  NEW BALANCE SHOULD BE DEEPLY CONCERNED ABOUT HOW OR WHY THIS "806 SHOE DEVELOPED THIS DEFECT to prevent this problem from occurring with other customers, and endangering CUSTOMER SAFETY AND WELL BEING.

I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED NB CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE "SPECIC" REASONS WHY FULL REPLACEMANCE OF THE DEFECTIVE "806" SHOES WAS NOT CHOSEN AS THE OBIVIOUS AND JUST SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM? 

I am also disappointed that New Balance did not request the defective "806 Shoe" to be returned (postage pre-paid) to Customer Care for inspection as to how and why this defect occurred ? And resolve my complaint with full NEW SHOE RESTITUTION.  Instead Customer Care is playing the delay game hoping I will go away.

I WILL NOT STOP SUBMITTING THIS COMPLAINT FOR SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION AND I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THE COMPLAINT AND LACK OF ACTION BY NB ON ALL AVAILABLE SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS, AS LONG AS THE COMPLAINT IS UNRESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.  New Balance customer care, has wrongly cast aspersions and uncontentious blame on the owner, with unsubstantiated insinuations of owner over wear, owner abuse or improper owner care.  All of these irrational assumptions made by NB Customer Care were discredited by the fact that the owner's long time shoe purchasing habits involve the  purchase  two pair of  New "806" Shoes at the same time and location, purposely to alternate daily wearing of the same pair of shoes. 

The picture of both pair of "806 Shoes" together is hereon attached, along with a picture of the defective shoe.   As a Professional Pickleball Coach, I am aware of the thoroughly schooled on the life expectancy and recommended care for "court shoes." I  would not endanger my person by wearing "court shoes" that showed excessive wear or premature breakdown.

NB Customer Care has demonstrated thru past actions and inactions that THEY have no intention of resoling my COMPLAINT (ID #844204) TO MY SATISFACTION. does not want to accept the responsibility for a defective shoe.

The "defective 806 Court Shoe" was not due to owner overuse, owner abuse or a lack of owner care.  As a Professional Pickleball Coach, I am thoroughly schooled on the life expectancy and recommended care for "court shoes." I  would not endanger my person by wearing "court shoes" that showed excessive wear or premature breakdown.

I sincerely hope that New Balance  Top Executive Level Leadership will review and resolve my complaint as requested.

DOUBLES PICKLEBALL LADDER LEAGUE TEMPLATES.

DOUBLES PICKLEBALL TEAM LADDER LEAGUES TEMPLATES The USAPA webpage under Tournaments has software templates for most any kind of tournament imaginable.  USAPA members can obtain the software free, and register their ladder league in the same process. If 4 players can rotate in three game in one two hour period, logically 8 players or 4 teams can do the same.  I have never run a ladder league.  But I can work with templates and add or subtract to accomplish my objective. Recreational/competitive Pickleball is team related. recreational/competitive ladder leagues can and should be team related. By team related you pick your partner before the LL starts and you play with that same partner until the end of the LL.  Scores can be aggregate and represent one team.  Rotation of play will require more scheduling woos but its not rocket science.  The All Ladies Summer LL I was planned back in Summer 2019, was permanent partners, comprising 16 teams
